ChessBooker is a scheduling tool that helps chess coaches manage lesson bookings. We provide the platform; coaches are independent and responsible for their own teaching.
When using ChessBooker, you agree to:
Coaches who use ChessBooker are independent. ChessBooker does not employ coaches, guarantee lesson quality, or mediate disputes between coaches and students. Any issues should be resolved directly between the parties involved.
ChessBooker is provided without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will meet every expectation.
ChessBooker is currently in a pilot phase. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the product based on feedback. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes.
ChessBooker is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of the platform, including missed lessons, scheduling errors, or disputes with students or coaches. Use the platform at your own discretion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. You can also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ChessBooker after changes means you accept the updated terms.
